Why can't I purchase items on your website?
Previously, customers were able to browse and purchase select lines from our website. Due to the work involved in keeping products up to date and restrictions on how many items we could showcase online, we took the decision to link our entire catalogue so customers can browse everything available at their own leisure!
 
 
Why are there no prices on any products?
Product lines are constantly changing and so the most up to date prices are quoted when customers enquire about a new order. 
 
 
Are all of your products in stock?
We do not hold stock on our premises but most of our products are available to us from supplier stock in 24 hours.


I can't find what I'm looking for. Do you supply it?
We can supply most workwear, corporatewear, teamwear and casualwear our customers require. If you cannot find a product in our brochures, please contact us between 8am and 5pm Monday-Friday on 01904 607331 or contact us via e-mail at sales@nextgenclothing.co.uk.


Do you provide samples?
Samples of nearly all our products are available. Due to the cost of administration, samples are charged for in full but can be used in a future order or be returned without a restock charge.


When do I pay?
Payment must be made when placing an order. We accept all major credit and debit cards.


Do you offer any discount?
Discount may be applied at our discretion. We take into consideration the products used and the total amount of the order.


Do you charge for delivery?
Delivery is £6.95 + VAT for all orders on mainland UK, Highlands and Islands.
 

How long will my order take?
From receiving the order and any necessary artwork, the process usually takes 2-3 weeks. This allows sufficient time to digitize the artwork, order the stock and decorate the required garments. Orders won't be processed until payment is received.
